TERMS: Minimum order is $25.00; NET 30 days for open account customers. All customers must use company check.

HOURS: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM. UPS orders placed by 3:00PM will be shipped the same day.

CREDIT: Will be extended at the discretion of our Credit Department. All new accounts desiring credit must submit name of bank(s) and three (3) trade references. All accounts past 60 days will be automatically placed on credit hold.

PRICES: Due to continuously changing costs, our prices are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.

FREIGHT POLICY:

1. Orders of $400.00 or more will be prepaid to CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, ID Special Order and Drop Ship items are seperate and not counted towards $400.00
2. Orders less than $400.00 will include UPS charges, or if sent by common carrier will be shipped freight collect.
3. Additional manufacturer's freight charges may be added when applicable.
4. Drop Ship Program: Special Order Non-Returnable. COD customers must pay at time of order.
5. FOB: Freight Charges to be applied.

FREIGHT CLAIMS: Freight shortages or damage claims must be made directly to the freight carrier. Our responsibility ends when goods have been consigned to a public carrier. Damage to a shipping carton or a shortage should be noted on the freight bill at time of receipt of freight. A damage or shortage claim should be filed immediately. Concealed damage found when merchandise is unpacked should be reported to the carrier immediately. The shipping carton must be seen by an inspector who will file a claim and give the receiver a signed inspection report.

OVERAGES AND SHORTAGES: Shipping errors must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

BACK ORDERS: Will be automatically canceled.

RETURNS FOR CREDIT: Merchandise may not be returned for credit without authorization. Service and appliance parts are non-returnable. All requests to return goods must include invoice number and complete reason for return. Authorized returns must be returned Freight Prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Special order merchandise cannot be cancelled or returned. No returns after 30 days.

GUARANTEES & WARRANTIES: ARE Wholesale makes no guarantees or warranties; manufacturers supply their own guarantees and warranties and do not allow distributors to make adjustments, replacements, or to accept for return or exchange any defective or unsatisfactory item without their written permission. It is recommended that you abide by guarantee instructions. We will be happy to assist you if you have any difficulty.
